Dynamic and Creative Personalized Training Sessions: Each of your sessions is custom tailored to your specific goals and fitness level. Your personal trainer will create a fun and effective workout program for you based on your individual needs and safely apply principals and techniques which are scientifically proven to get you the fastest results possible. This will be a constantly changing program, never allowing your body to adapt or plateau.
Nutritional Counseling: Throughout the duration of your training package, we will help you develop healthier eating habits by coaching you on a weekly basis and teaching you all about the importance of proper nutrition. Your caloric intake can be closely monitored the entire time you train. We will give you a customized meal plan based on your individual needs, goals, and body type. This meal plan, like your workouts, will also be constantly changing to keep your metabolism working in high gear so that you never stop getting the results you want.

Body Composition Tracking: During the course of your training package, we can track information for you such as weight, body fat percentage, BMI, and measurements in inches. These assessments can be done every 30 to 60 days, depending on your goals and fitness level. This is a great way to record where you started before your sessions and also allows you to see your results on paper.
Partner Assisted Stretching:
Flexibility is a very important part of fitness. Not only will it decrease the chances of injury, but it will also help to improve range of motion in sports or just everyday life. Each of your sessions will include assisted stretching which will be custom tailored to your specific needs and goals.
